Privacy Policy

Ranked (“Ranked,” “we,” “us”) is a sports league tracker at onranked.com that lets organizers run leagues and players track matches and rankings for racket sports. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Account & profile. Your name, email address, and an optional profile photo. For pickleball, you may optionally add a DUPR rating and DUPR ID.

Gameplay data. The matches you play, scores and results, the clubs and leagues you belong to, events you join, and the rankings and statistics we calculate from them.

Technical data. Basic, aggregated usage and device information through privacy-friendly analytics (see Cookies & Analytics below).

• Run the core service — leaderboards, rankings, match history, and recaps.
• Send service emails you'd expect: invites, sign-in help, and event/league updates.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Ranked is a shared, social product. Within a club or league you belong to, your display name, photo, match results, and rankings are visible to other members. Share cards you choose to generate (leaderboards, recaps, player cards) become public once you share them.

We use a small number of essential cookies — to keep you signed in and to remember your selected club. We use Vercel Analytics, which measures aggregate traffic without cookies or cross-site tracking. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We rely on a few trusted processors to operate Ranked:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and photo storage.
• Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us, under their own security and privacy commitments.

We keep your data while your account and club memberships are active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email us at support@onranked.com and we'll help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Ranked isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level database security, and scoped access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

We may update this policy as Ranked evolves. We'll revise the “last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be made clear.
