Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Ranked (“Ranked,” “we,” “us”) at onranked.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Ranked.

Ranked is a tool for organizing sports leagues and tracking matches, rankings, and statistics for racket sports. Features may change as we improve the product.

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use Ranked.

You agree not to:

• Use Ranked for anything unlawful or to harass or harm others.
• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to break the service or its security.
• Scrape, copy, or resell the service or other members' data without permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

You and your club own the league data you create. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that data so the service can function — for example, showing your results to others in your league and generating rankings. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ranked is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, the price, billing terms, and what's included will be shown to you before you purchase, and paying customers are club organizers — players never pay to participate.

We work to keep Ranked reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and there may be occasional downtime or maintenance.

Ranked is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Ratings, rankings, and statistics are for recreational and informational purposes — they're part of the fun, not an official sanctioning of results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranked and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if the service was free, a nominal amount).

You can stop using Ranked at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other members.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll revise the “last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
